Video game developer Rockstar is not content with the fact that it delivered a brand new mode for the Online mode in Grand Theft Auto V earlier in the week and is announcing that it plans to implement a massive set of price cuts for the open-world title during the coming Black Friday, available on all the platforms on which the game is offered.

Gamers who log into the title on Friday, November 27, will be able to go to Dynasty 8 to get a price cut of 40 percent for all the apartments that are provided, a great way to expand the living space that one can use to show off to friends.

For those who love cars more than real estate, Rockstar is also offering a 25% reduction when it comes to the price of all vehicles, including the recently introduced lowriders and the various customization options associated with them.

The promotional prices are running for one day only, so gamers should plan carefully how they want to spend their hard-earned cash in GTA Online and even play a bit more to make sure that they have enough funds for their dream house or a special car.

Rockstar is also running a sale in its official real-world store at the moment, giving fans a chance to pick up a range of items linked to its big franchises for lower prices.

GTA Online also features weekend activities

With players in the United States enjoying an extended weekend because of Thanksgiving, the development team is aiming to make sure that they have plenty of interesting ways to engage with the multiplayer side of the open-world title.

Both money and RP are doubled for all those who take part in one of the Adversary Modes until Sunday, November 29, including the recently introduced Running Back, which is designed to offer a car-powered take on American football.

Rockstar explains, "You'll also be able to launch into a special Adversary Mode Playlist all weekend long on PS4, Xbox One & PC, straight from the GTAV launch screens. If you're already in-game or want to play with just friends or Crewmates, simply go to the Rockstar Playlists section of the pause menu and select the Running Back Playlist option. "

The development team has been running more events for gamers during the past few months to make sure that GTA V continues to improve its already spectacular sales, which are heading towards the 60 million units mark.

The title was a success on all platforms on which it was launched, and Rockstar says that it is the most successful in the franchise because of the constant extra content that has been introduced so far.

The studio has abandoned plans to create any single-player downloadable content for GTA V to focus all of its resources on the Online experience, with extra content offered for free to keep gamers engaged.

Rockstar also comes up with a solid editor that any players can use to create their experiences and then share them with the rest of the community.
