Gamers will have to take out a beast to claim them

The development team at BioWare is announcing that it is introducing a new set of special Dragon Props that can be used in Dragon Age: Inquisition, which is designed as a reward for those gamers who are able to achieve solid results in the multiplayer mode.

The official site announcement explains that those interested in using special statues and eggs to decorate Skyhold in new ways will need to get on the Fereldan Castle map in a match and then take down at least one of its three dragons.

BioWare explains, "The Dragon Props set includes dragon eggs, dragon skulls, a wyvern statue, and more to make Skyhold a little more impressive to your allies and intimidating to your enemies. To use these items, simply select them from the Skyhold customization menu after they're unlocked."

This is the first time that the company creates a direct connection between single player content for Dragon Age: Inquisition and the multiplayer mode of the title.

It will be interesting to see whether the studio plans to offer more rewards, even if they remain only cosmetic, to those who can achieve certain objectives.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is not getting any more DLC on older consoles

BioWare might be delivering the dragon content for Skyhold in order to take the edge of its most recent announcement, that it no longer plans to offer new single-player content for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 4 version of the title.

To make sure that gamers can continue to play the title, a new save importer tool will be offered to the community when the July patch for Dragon Age: Inquisition is launched.

Fans were unhappy to learn about the decision, but only a relatively small portion of the community plays on the older devices.

BioWare has not announced the name of a new single player DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition but its existence was revealed via a survey.

It seems that more details will be added to the core story of the title and that gamers might get to use an all-new companion.

BioWare has pledged to add more content for Dragon Age: Inquisition all through this year before it shifts more resources to the development of Mass Effect: Andromeda.
