Mobile game developer and publisher King has just released one of its two monthly content updates for Candy Crush Saga. The update has been released early this month on all three major platforms: Android, iOS and Windows Phone.

Just like previous updates, the new one adds more levels that should keep Candy Crush Saga addicts busy for at least two weeks.

King has promised that it will add new levels to Candy Crush Saga every two weeks, which means that this is the first update for this month. Expect the next one to go live with additional levels sometime in mid-July.

Until then though, King has confirmed that the latest update for Candy Crush Saga brings 15 new levels in Soda Swamp world. If you managed to complete hundreds of sweet levels included in the game and reached the Soda Swamp world, you will now be able to take on 15 new levels.

More levels and an extra challenge

Speaking of which, with the addition of the new 15 levels, King claims that Candy Crush Saga now has no less than 980 levels on all three major platforms: Android, iOS and Windows Phone.

King also mentions that the update should add an extra challenge, which will allow good players to earn more stars than their friends and become the Episode Champions.

If you don't have the game yet, you can now download Candy Crush Saga for Android for free via Google Play Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 2.3 and up.

For iOS users, the game is available for free via App Store. It should work smoothly on all devices running iOS 5.1.1 or later.

Last but not least, Candy Crush Saga for Windows Phone is available for free via Windows Phone Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
