Batman: Arkham Knight developer Rocksteady Studios confirms that it's aware of the performance issues that are plaguing the PC version of the game and that it's working with the company that ported the game to the PC in order to solve them as soon as possible.

Batman: Arkham Knight launched earlier today across PC, PS4, and Xbox One worldwide. While the title is already delighting plenty of fans on the two consoles, PC users are currently forced to deal with an array of problems.

All sorts of problems are affecting Arkham Knight on PC

These issues range from crashes and errors to framerate and performance problems that cause players to fluctuate into unplayable territories.

As of right now, there are no solutions to many of these problems, and not even the latest graphics card driver updates are helping PC users with Nvidia or AMD video cards to run the game in a better way.

Rocksteady is aware and is working with the studio that did the porting

Now, while talking on the official forums, Batman: Arkham Knight developer Rocksteady Studios confirms that it's aware of the performance issues and that it's working with its external partner that handled the actual porting process for the game onto the PC.

"We're aware that some users are reporting performance issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. This is something that Rocksteady takes very seriously. We are working closely with our external PC development partner to make sure these issues get resolved as quickly as possible," the studio says.

According to recent rumors, via Videogamer, the team that handled the porting of Batman: Arkham Knight to the PC is Iron Galaxy Studios, which also brought the previous Batman: Arkham Origins to the same platform a few years ago.

Unfortunately, no other official information is available, so it's unclear just who is to blame for all the issues encountered by Batman: Arkham Knight on the PC.
