It's unclear when the company might launch it

The development team working on Destiny at Bungie is announcing that it is exploring a solution that will allow those who have had trouble redeeming codes on the official site of the game to gain access to the items that they were supposed to get.

The information comes from the official support account for the social shooter, but it's unclear when the fix will be implemented and whether it will be exclusively linked to the server side or will require any action on the part of the gamer.

Presumably, Bungie will automatically deliver items and rewards for gamers who have had trouble with code redemption linked to Destiny, but some might have to jump through other hoops.

Most complaints from the community are linked to the Red Bull codes that a lot of gamers have gained access to.

With The Taken King expansion launched for a while, the development team has the time to focus on other issues linked to the game and to make sure that the entire community can access all the content that it is entitled to.

Bungie plans to introduce new events in the coming weeks

The studio has already said that it wants as many gamers as possible to take down Oryx, the boss of the King's Fall raid, which means that they need to push their Guardians towards the level cap and gain access to better equipment and weapons.

Once gamers meet the challenge posed by the character, they will be able to take part in a range of end-game activities, which will include both Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris starting October 13.

Both of the modes have been tweaked in terms of mechanics and rewards in order to make them more attractive for gamers, while making sure that their competitive edge remains intact.

Bungie has also announced that it has some big surprises in store for gamers, and presumably, it will start delivering them before the end of the year, although no clear announcements have been made so far.

Recently, the studio has delivered the 2.0.0.5 hotfix, which has been designed to deal with some of the problems that the community has been reporting.
