Apple released a couple of hours ago the eight Beta of the anticipated OS X 10.11 El Capitan computer operating system for Macs to developers enrolled in the Apple Developer Program.

The eighth Beta build of OS X El Capitan comes after less than two weeks since the release of the seventh Beta, and it has been tagged as build 15A279b. The new version is available for download for all OS X developers, accessible right now from the SDKs (Software Development Kits) section of their Member Center page on the Apple Developer website.

There you can find all the details you need to get started installing or updating your OS X 10.11 El Capitan installation, so you can prepare your apps for the next major release of Apple's computer operating system or just take a look at what the Cupertino company has in store for you, as there will be a great number of features and performance improvements, not to mention the Xcode 7 IDE (Integrated Development Environment).

"This is a pre-release update to OS X v10.11. If you have OS X v10.11 installed, download this update by clicking Updates in the toolbar of the Mac App Store. If you do not have OS X 10.11 installed, use your download code on the Mac App Store to get started," stated Apple on the release page of OS X El Capitan 10.11 Beta 8.

The sixth Public Beta build is also available for download

Users who are not enrolled in the Apple Developer Program should know that the Cupertino company also released the sixth Public Beta build of OS X 10.11 El Capitan, which is now available worldwide as a software update via the Mac App Store app. More details can be found in a separate article right here on Softpedia.
