Both main romance options will be fleshed out

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt developer CD Projekt Red confirms that it's not only going to add more dialog options to the Triss romance option in the popular RPG but also for the Yennefer one, based on the feedback from fans.

The Witcher 3 delivered its sprawling role-playing game experience across PC, PS4, and Xbox One earlier this year, on May 19, all around the world. The title brought forth many different quests and adventures for protagonist Geralt of Rivia, while those who wanted to flex their romantic skills were able to engage in relationships with several characters, the main ones being sorceresses Yennefer and Triss.

Unfortunately for those who tried both relationships in different playthroughs, it seemed that the Triss romance was a bit of a letdown, especially since the Yennefer one was much more developed and had more dialog.

New dialog is coming for both Triss and Yennefer

Previously, CD Projekt Red confirmed that it's hearing all the feedback about Triss and that it's going to add more dialog options and expanded conversations to make the romance route more impressive.

Now, while talking to Kotaku, the studio also confirms that it's doing the same thing for Yennefer, so that fans can also enjoy better interaction with the sorceress while romancing her.

"We’ll be adding some additional dialog for Triss and Yennefer in the upcoming patch due to the fan feedback. We’ve read many opinions on our forums where gamers weren’t satisfied with the way their romance choices were fleshed out, so we wanted to change that by adding some extra conversational options," the studio explains.

Unfortunately, it's unclear just when the new patch with the improved romance options is going to arrive for The Witcher 3. The studio has just rolled out a small hotfix update for the big RPG on the Steam platform for PC, in order to solve a pesky issue with the achievements.
