A fix for the nouveau_vieux regression lands

The developers of the open-source Mesa 3D Graphics Library that is currently used by default in numerous, if not all GNU/Linux operating systems, have announced the release of the fifth maintenance version of Mesa 10.6.

According to the attached changelog, Mesa 3D Graphics Library 10.6.5 fixes the nouveau_vieux regression introduced in the 10.6.0 release, adds an all-new OLAND PCI ID for the RadeonSI driver, and addresses an issue for Maxwell GPUs in gm107/ir.

Additionally, a polygon offset scale issue has been fixed for RadeonSI and Radeon r600g drivers, support for setting geometry shader sampler states is now allowed for the Radeon r600g driver, and a __glXWireToEvent issue in BufferSwapComplete was fixed.

Missing nir include has been added in vc4 to fix the build, the scissor is now stashed off for the copy_image function, byteswapping is now done only for packed formats, swizzle flipping has been fixed for big-endian targets, and channels of null array formats are no longer flipped.

"Mesa 10.6.5 is now available," says Emil Velikov. "Apart from the usual nouveau, i965 and radeon driver fixes, this time around we have a nouveau_vieux fix for a regression introduced with mesa 10.6.0 and a few even older big endian related bug-fixes."

Tnl wakeup for Nouveau is now deprecated

The fifth point release of the Mesa 3D Graphics Library 10.6 deprecates the tnl wakeup function for the Nouveau video driver, always hooking up state updates, and sets the instancing state for the SGVS element correctly for the Intel i965 video driver, and it now clears existing swizzle information before doing bitwise-OR.

Lastly, Mesa no longer aborts when creation of DRI2 drawables fails for EGL/X11, byteswap won't work when building array formats, some compiler segfaults have been fixed during processing of operators that have void arguments, and levels are now taken into account when attempting to do eng2d multi-layer blits for Nvidia NV50 and NVC0 GPUs.
