As expected, Manjaro Linux JWM Edition 15.12 is based on the recently released Manjaro Linux 15.12 (Capella) operating system. However, it has been designed from the ground up to provide users with an ultra fast, lightweight and sleek GNU/Linux distribution built around the JWM (Joe's Window Manager) user interface, which is used as the default desktop environment, and includes a lot of goodies (see below for details).

Powered by Linux kernel 4.1.15 LTS, Manjaro Linux JWM Edition 15.12 comes with the latest Calamares advanced graphical installer and JWM 2.3.4. The distribution has been tweaked and optimized so that the 32-bit version can utilize only 157 MB of RAM and the 64-bit flavor only 212 MB of RAM.
Among the goodies introduced in Manjaro Linux JWM Edition 15.12, we can mention Pacli Shell Package Control Center, JWMconf Shell Configuration Control Center, Slim login manager, mhwd, Manjaro Settings Manager, Pamac graphical package manager, Conky, Compton window manager, as well as Pale Moon web browser.
