The studio claims in a new blog post that Tom Brady, the leader of the New England Patriots and Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl XLIX, is the greatest quarterback of all time.
The company explains that he has four titles to his name and is tied with Joe Montana for MVP, but he also has a bigger winning percentage and more post-season wins.
EA Sports adds, “Perhaps most impressive of all Brady’s accolades is the 13-year gap between his first Super Bowl title and his most recent, a level of success unheard of in today’s Salary Cap era.”
The debate about the best-ever quarterback is a favorite of all fans of the sport and it will be interesting to see whether the arguments of the game developers convince everyone.
Joe Montana, who played for the San Francisco 49ers between 1979 and 1992, is ranked second in the Madden NFL 15-powered top five, thanks to his four Super Bowl successes, three MVP awards and a solid playoff record.
The last place on the podium is occupied by Peyton Manning, the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts player, who has a lot of career passing records and has won one Super Bowl.
Otto Graham, from the Cleveland Browns, is in fourth, and Dan Marino occupies the last position in the top five created by EA Sports.
