14 DAY TRIAL // Tekken Card Tournament is one of the most popular card games on Android and iOS platforms. The game has more than 5 million downloads on Google Play Store, the more reasons for developers to keep players interested through regular updates.
Bandai Namco has just announced that the latest released update is a major one and bumps the game’s version to 3.0. Apart from the usual bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements, Bandai Namco also confirmed that the update should bring quite a lot of new content.
The most important seems to be a new Card Fusion system, which will allow Tekken Card Tournament players to merge different cards in order to create one they wish to put in their decks.
Aside from that, the update will also add a brand new character into the mix. Jin can transform himself into a devil with special cards. A new Tag feature is available with up to 9 cards for the supported character deck.
Another improvement that will certainly appeal to all Tekken Card Tournament players is the addition of a new achievement system that can be unlocked as you play. There are more than 80 achievements waiting to be unlocked, some of them not so easy to get.
Android and iOS versions of the game have been updated at the same time
Last but not least, Bandai Namco announced that version 3.0 of Tekken Card Tournament comes with an enhanced shop where players will be able to buy new booster packs and take advantage of new promotional offers.
Both Android and iOS versions of Tekken Card Tournament have received update 3.0, but depending on your location it might take a few days to appear in the store.
