The LTE version is more expensive than the Wi-Fi one

The Nexus 9 has been out for a while, but so far we’ve only seen the Wi-Fi version. Well, the wait has ended for those of you who were waiting to grab the LTE version of the tablet.

T-Mobile beats the other US carriers to the curve, by being the first to announce the 4G-enhanced tablet. The slate can be yours for $0 down on a two-year contract ($24.99 / €20 for 24 months). Or you can choose to pay $600 / €482 outright and be done with it.

Adding an extra device to your shared data plan will cost you $10 / €8 per month on top. Also note that T-Mobile is in the habit of offering 200MB of free data per month for cellular tablets.

Even if T-Mobile is the first to announce the LTE version of Nexus 9, the Google Play Store will start selling them too, soon enough.

The tablet arrives with an 8.9-inch display with 2048 x 1536 resolution and draws power from a 2.3GHz NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor with 192-core Kepler GPU. It bundles a hefty 6700 mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
