14 DAY TRIAL // Great news for Windows Phone fans, as Square Enix has just done the unthinkable and launched its mobile smash hit Hitman GO on Microsoft's platform.
The game is already a huge success on Android and iOS, but now developers have decided to bring it to Windows Phone and Window 8.1 as well.
Even though Square Enix will probably have minimum profits from the Windows Phone version of Hitman GO, it's nice that the company does not seem to think about that and made the game available to Microsoft's mobile platform as well.
For those who don't know anything about Hitman GO, Square Enix's title is a turn-based strategy game that features “beautifully rendered diorama-style set pieces.”
According to Square Enix, “You will strategically navigate fixed spaces on a grid to avoid enemies and take out your target or infiltrate well-guarded locations. You really have to think about each move and all the Hitman tools of the trade you would expect are included; disguises, distractions, sniper rifles and even 47’s iconic Silverballers."
Choose how to complete each level: silently or forcefully
Players will take control of the iconic Agent 47 and make use of his tools of the trade: distractions, disguises, hiding spots, sniper rifles and Silverballers, in order to complete each mission in the campaign.
Developers promise challenging puzzles that will certainly put Agent 47's assassination skills to test. The game features different enemy types with unique and dangerous behaviors.
All levels in Hitman GO have different ways of completion, silently or forcefully, so depending on your gameplay style you can choose one or the other.
You can now download Hitman GO for Windows Phone for $4.99 via Windows Phone Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up. Keep in mind that the game also supports devices equipped with only 512MB of RAM.
