Users can no longer submit phone support requests

Snapchat is one of the services that are still unavailable on Windows Phone, not only because the company didn't release an official client for this platform but also because it decided to ban all third-party apps that could connect to its servers.

Needless to say, Windows Phone users have absolutely no option to access Snapchat right now, so it's easy to understand how frustrating it actually is because the parent company refuses to say anything about its plans for Microsoft's mobile platform.

As if the anger weren't big enough, today Snapchat decided to remove the “Support My Incompatible Device” form from its support page, thus blocking Windows Phone users from requesting the company to add more devices, obviously including those powered by Microsoft's OS, to the list of supported phones.

In the last few months, but mostly after Snapchat decided to ban third-party clients, the number of Windows Phone users who contacted the company increased every day and there was even an online petition that requested them to bring an official client on Windows.

Still no word from Snapchat

And in spite all of this, Snapchat has always remained tight-lipped and refused to comment on a possible client for Windows Phone, so today's decision to remove the form that allowed users to request more supported devices does nothing more than fuel the anger against the company.

Some say that Snapchat decided to remove the form because it indeed started work on a Windows Phone client, while others believe that it's all because the firm got tired of all the messages it had received lately from disappointed Microsoft customers, but it's hard to tell what exactly happened without an official statement from the company itself.

As always, we've already contacted Snapchat for some words on this and we're pretty sure that users themselves did the same thing, but it's hard to believe that an official statement could be provided all of a sudden.

In the meantime, Windows Phone users have no other option than to wait and hope that this is indeed the very first step towards an official Snapchat client for their platform.
