It's not unexpected for companies that launch flagship smartphones to also add some nice software into the mix to make the deals more appealing.

Obviously, few people will grab the Samsung Galaxy S6 or HTC One M9 because they come with a particular app for free, but everything that is free is more than welcome.

Samsung has a long history of offering lots of apps and services with its flagship smartphones, Galaxy S and Galaxy Note. Some of them might be useless, while others are only free for a limited time.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge comes with only 3 S apps, but also includes some Microsoft applications, such as OneNote, OneDrive and Skype.

Along with these apps, Samsung also offers no less than 22 other applications, games and services with the purchase of Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge.

Here is the full list of apps you will get if you decide to go for Samsung's flagship smartphone: VSCO, Magisto, Pac-Man Friends, The Hobbit: Kingdoms, Dragons of Atlantis: Heirs, NYTimes, The Economist, Kindle for Samsung, Audible, Workout Trainer, Endomondo, Uber, Keepy, PayPal, Life360, LastPass, Shazam, Fleksy, Evernote, Pocket, Parallels Access, and Hancom Office.

These apps and service aren't pre-installed on the phones

Keep in mind that these applications and games are not pre-installed on the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, so you will have to download them through Samsung Apps store.

It's also worth mentioning that some of these are premium apps, which also have free versions, but Galaxy S6 owners will get the paid variant with all benefits.

Games that aren't premium at all and are only available as free to play will offer Galaxy S6 owners some in-game items worth a certain amount.

So there you have it folks, Samsung is once again giving away a range of premium apps and services to those who go for its flagship smartphones.
