14 DAY TRIAL // Grand Theft Auto 5 on PS4 ad Xbox One includes a series of new Easter Eggs, in the form of 27 hallucinations caused by the Peyote plants that are scattered across the open world. If eaten by the main characters, they cause special hallucinations in which players control all sorts of different animals, from seagulls to other birds, different breeds of dogs, and much more.
GTA 5 launched last year across the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms, and as always, it included plenty of surprises and Easter Eggs for fans who went the extra mile and did different crazy things inside its game world.
The title is now available across PS4 and Xbox One and it seems that Rockstar has decided to add some more surprises to the experience besides overhauling the visuals or adding the first-person view mode.
Among these surprises is a set of collectibles called Peyote plants. They are found within the game world, and when ingested by the main characters, cause all sorts of hallucinations in which players control various animals.
As you can see in the videos below, these range from various birds, like pigeons or hawks, to different dog breeds, even pugs, not to mention wild animals like boars or deer.
It seems that the potential list is quite big, considering there are 27 plants scattered across the game world, so expect to hear more about the different animals you can control in the following days, as more and more people start exploring GTA 5 on PS4 and Xbox One.
