14 DAY TRIAL // Paris Hilton may not be as big a celebrity as she was several years ago, mostly thanks to former personal assistant / personal closet organizer Kim Kardashian, but don’t go crying for her yet, because she has managed to turn her socialite fame into a very successful career as a DJ.
This career switch also enables her to fly mostly under the radar because it keeps her out of the paparazzi’s range, so whatever insights into her personal life we still get usually come from her social media feeds. Speaking of which, there are clear indications she’s dating a young and hot male model.
Paris and Jordan send sparks flying in Milano
Paris was in Milano the other day for a DJ gig, and she hooked up with a bunch of gorgeous male models, whom she took out partying after her DJ set was done. In that group was also Jordan Barrett, a model who has done work for various big names, including Moschino.
The reason why this relationship is getting this kind of attention from the media is that Jordan is only 18 years old, whereas Paris is 33. She is practically a cradle robber, if you believe what some voices are saying online.
Both Paris and Jordan have posted photo of them together on their Instagram but there’s really nothing out of the ordinary going on, or for that matter, something that would indicate they’re more than just good friends having a blast on a night out on the town.
The Age identifies Jordan as “the son of convicted drug dealer Adrian Barrett, who was described as the head of a $9 million [€7.76 million] cannabis cartel being trafficked through his hydroponic shop. Barrett was sentenced to eight years prison in late 2013 but has since been released on parole.”
Apparently, friends say of him that he’s a “party animal,” “not shy, [so] he would have no problem chasing someone like Paris.”
Paris’ previous boyfriend was also younger and also a model, but at 23, River Viiperi was actually old compared to her latest flame.
Making lemonade out of lemons
Paris’ trajectory in showbiz is incredible, because she has managed to reinvent herself and continue to make a lot of money after everyone thought she was done for, because her appeal stateside had diminished.
Paris Hilton was the original Kim Kardashian in the sense that she too got her big start by “leaking” her own adult tape, but she’d been famous before that too. She was a reality star and a socialite, and a tabloid fixture whose every single move was documented by the paparazzi and consumed by her huge fanbase.
She also tried acting and music, and she still wants to be successful in the latter, which is why she signed with Lil Wayne’s record label a couple of years back. Meanwhile, she’s one of the highest earning DJs in the world, which may have something to do with her ability to actually deejay and a lot with her super famous last name.
