14 DAY TRIAL // Kendall Jenner is only 19 but her mother and manager Kris Jenner wants her to settle down and stop fooling around with all the bad boys she hangs out regularly. So Kris is trying to set her up with Lewis Hamilton, the F1 champ who was most recently engaged to former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.
Kendall and her model friends, including Gigi Hadid, who posted the photo below to her Instagram over the weekend, went to Monaco over Memorial Day Weekend to show support for Hamilton. This is where rumors of a budding romantic relationship started, when Kendall was spotted with Lewis’ heavy gold chain around her neck.
Kris thinks Hamilton is “perfect” for Kendall
Sources cited by the Daily Mail reveal that, though the romantic relationship is still new, Kris is eager for it to become more serious. At 30, Lewis is Kendall’s senior by 11 years, but Kris is probably considering the age-gap as a pro for the relationship, as it would bring more balance and stability into the model’s life.
“She really wants Kendall to date him. Lewis and Kris have become friendly in recent months and she thinks he's perfect for her daughter,” says the tipster. “Kendall usually goes for bad boys like Chris Brown and Justin Bieber so Lewis could be a good influence on her.”
Indeed, in the past, Kendall has been linked to both Justin and Chris, with reports claiming that it was with Justin that things got the most serious. At one point, she was even said to be considering getting breast implants to ensure Justin wouldn’t dump her for someone with a more generous cleavage.
The Mail notes that, with Hamilton, Kendall could face some rivalry from fellow model and BFF Gigi, who has also been flirting with him a lot in recent weeks.
Lewis Hamilton, probably a good family friend
As much as they’re criticized and derided in the blogosphere, the Kardashians (including the Jenner girls and matriarch Kris) have very strong and surprising connections in showbiz.
The fact that Kendall flew to Monaco to show support for Hamilton could betray a potential love interest, but it could also mean she was just doing another modeling gig. The third possibility is that Lewis is a good family friend, and she was just being nice while having some fun on the side.
In March this year, as Paris Fashion Week was underway and Kim Kardashian was debuting her brand-new, platinum blonde hair, Kris was also in tow, mingling with A-listers. She was photographed sitting at a table with Jared Leto, who was also sporting platinum hair for his Joker transformation, but she was also photographed with Hamilton in similar circumstances.
On this occasion, Kendall too spent some time with Hamilton, as shown in photos made available online. This third theory is proving more and more likely, doesn’t it?
