14 DAY TRIAL // After months of speculation, drama and confusing reports, Khloe Kardashian is apparently ready to divorce her husband, Lamar Odom, but she's hit a snag: she can't actually track down the basketball player and convince him to sign the divorce papers.
Us Weekly reports that Khloe has finally made up her mind and is determined to terminate her marriage to Lamar, but she needs his signature in order to move on with the official proceedings. The reality star has filed for divorce 10 months ago and has been separated from Lamar about the same amount of time, but now she can't find him to convince him to finalize the divorce.
Khloe can't get in touch with Lamar, the divorce papers are still unsigned
As a result, the two are still technically married at the moment and this is driving Khloe crazy, because she wants to put the entire episode behind her.
One insider told the publication, “Khloe can’t even get in touch with him right now,” and another explained that “he refuses to sign the divorce papers.”
The reason for Lamar's absence and his denial to sign the papers is because he actually thinks that he can still save his marriage to Khloe. In the past months he's made several attempts to convince Khloe to give up on the divorce, but so far, they've been fruitless.
Lamar isn't going through the best time of his life at the moment, since he's also seen his career go on a downward spiral ever since he's been dropped by the LA Lakers. He briefly held a position with the New York Knicks, but he was subsequently let go after he couldn't “uphold the standards to return as an NBA player,” according to the club's president.

The athlete was said to be so desperate to get back together with Khloe that he even apparently agreed to do a separate reality show with her, thinking that it would probably be good therapy for them to resolve their issues in front of TV cameras.
Meanwhile, Khloe is said to be as keen to move away from her failed marriage as possible. She has been in a brief relationship with rapper French Montana for a couple of months, but she is single now and insiders are saying that “she wants to be in love again. She wants a family.”
Now, if she could only get Lamar to return her phone calls and sign the divorce papers, everything would be great.
