14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Lopez’s latest movie, “The Boy Next Door,” will be out in theaters today, January 23, 2015, and will see her in her boldest role to date, that of a woman who’s profoundly unhappy in her marriage and seeks solace in the arms of her much younger and not quite mentally sane neighbor, the boy next door from the title.
Speaking with People magazine to promote it (video below), the singer slash actress slash television personality reveals that, if it comes down to her choices in real life, she would rather have a man next door than a “boy.”
And since she’s choosing, she would rather they didn’t live next door to her.

Compared to how she was a few years back, Jennifer has eased up a lot on private topics; she’s gotten more comfortable with her life and her earlier choices, and also savvier in her dealings with the press. So when People asked her who she would date if she could, she revealed her 3 celebrity crushes.
And they just so happen to include 2 of the hottest guys right now, Charlie Hunnam and Tom Hardy. The Internet approves of JLo’s choices: these two gents aren’t just hot, they’re also immensely talented, nice to fans and generous with their time and money.
They also happen to be taken, but since Jennifer is being hypothetical, this shouldn’t really make a difference.
Frank Grillo is also a pretty hot celebrity right now, but he’s yet to attain the level of international fame Hunnam and Hardy enjoy.
Charlie, for one, was seen in Guillermo del Toro’s “Pacific Rim” and in FX’s hit biker series “Sons of Anarchy,” while Hardy played anything from Batman villain Bane in “The Dark Knight Rises” to an FBI agent in the action comedy / rom-com “This Means War,” Britain’s most dangerous prisoner in “Bronson” and a morose killer with a deep love for puppies in “The Drop.” The list could go on for a very long time.
A step up from her previous choices

Until just recently, she once said, she didn’t know how to be alone, so whenever a relationship ended, she was seeing another guy in a matter of days. Jennifer insists she’s in a much better place now and that she’s taking the time off from dating to just enjoy her life as it is.
Her previous relationship was with backup dancer turned choreographer and aspiring actor Casper Smart, who was 18 years her junior. Rumor has it he cheated on her with a transgender model.
