The video cards both bear the iChill brand name

Inno3D may not have gone as overboard as other NVIDIA OEMs, most notably EVGA, but it did do its best to offer the best quality it had available.

That is why it equipped the newest and best Maxwell-based video card, the GeForce GTX 980, with the HerculeZ X4 cooling module.

The full name is, thus, Inno3D iChill GeForce GTX 980 HerculeZ X4. There are three fans, as well as a fourth on the top edge, plus a large heatsink covered by a cool-looking shroud.

The better cooler allows the GPU to work at 1,228 MHz base / 1,329 MHz Boost, rather than the reference parameters of 1,126 MHz base / 1,216 MHz GPU Boost.

On that note, the 4 GB of GDDR5 VRAM are overclocked as well, from 7 GHz to 7.2 GHz. Quite unusual, since most NVIDIA partners chose to keep the VRAM at the stock setting. Other than that, the specs are unchanged, mostly.

In addition to the Inno3D iChill GeForce GTX 980 HerculeZ X4, Inno3D has released a normal GTX 980 and a dual-fan GTX 970 and a HerculeZ 4X version of it. You can see the details in the attached pictures.

Inno3D hasn't released pricing details, but we assume the GTX 980 boards aren't more than 50 bucks/euro away from the $549 / €549 mark (that's the reference tag). Same for the GTX 970 and the $330 / €330 point.
