14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Playground Games in charge of Forza Horizon 2 is delivering a new car pack for all fans of the racing title to enjoy, with the vehicles chosen by the team behind the very popular Top Gear TV show.
The big star of the new DLC is the 2015 Lexus RC F, which features a 5.0 liter V8 engine and a solid sports car design.
The developers explain on the Xbox Wire that "With an immense powerband peaking at a 7,300 RPM redline, the noises it makes can be subtle until asked to produce juice; then listen for a raspy rumble that says things are about to go quick. While the RC F provides all the creature comforts one would expect, this coupe is a performer that is ready to tear up the tarmac."
Jaguar is also featured in Forza Horizon 2 with the HJ220 model from 1993, which was designed to be the fastest car in the world while not abandoning the style that has always characterized the brand.
From 2014, gamers will be able to enjoy using the BMX M235i, with its impressive performance that is close to that of the M3 and the M4, all bundled into a much smaller package.
Lamborghini brings the 1986 LM002 to the Top Gear car pack for Forza Horizon 2, a car also known as the Rambo Lambo because one was owned by Sylvester Stallone, but other stars including Mike Tyson and Tina Turner also picked one up.
The 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale is also featured, a stripped-down model from the renowned manufacturer, and gamers will also get access to a free car, the Ford Lotus Cortina, a 1966 vehicle that aims to mix racing and street elements in harmonious ways.
All Car Pass owners will get the Top Gear content for free and others will have to pay 5 dollars or Euro for the DLC.
Forza Horizon 2 will continue to get new content
The racing title that is exclusive to the Xbox One has managed to gain a solid following since it was launched in late 2014 and Microsoft is eager to keep players engaged by launching more content for it.
At the moment, Turn 10 is working on a new racing title for the home console, called Forza 6, which is designed to introduce a lot of innovation to the series.
