Video game developer Turn 10 and publisher Microsoft are ready to deliver the first official gameplay trailer for the new Forza Motorsport 6, with a focus on the improvements in engine and car variety that the racing game will be delivering.

There's not a lot of footage to judge the game from, but the two companies have clearly focused on offering both depth and breadth.

Forza Motorsport 6 will include, as a previous leak suggested, more than 450 vehicles, all of them simulated with full access to the cockpit and with careful use of motion capture for the way they behave on the track.

Gamers will also be able to open doors and see the effects damage will have on their bodies in the most heated of races.

Customization will also be important for the coming experience, with gamers able to carefully prepare their vehicle for the various events, taking into account the performances they wish to deliver and the conditions.

Turn 10 and Microsoft have made the new Ford GT the star of their E3 2015 presentation for Forza Motorsport 6, but they have not offered any information on what other supercars are introduced in the game.

Multiplayer is also important for the future of the racing series

The two companies are ready to confirm that gamers will be able to take part in 24-player races and that there are 26 well-known locations from around the world that will be simulated with a lot of details.

A new Drivatar system is also introduced in Forza Motorsport 6, allowing gamers to choose how a complex profile will be compiled for them in order to then share it with friends and the wider community.

The system will also offer rewards to those who create a version of themselves that improves the experience for other fans.

A new weather system and night races will be introduced in order to add more variety and to show players the types of experiences that real world professional drivers have to deal with.

Forza Motorsport 6 will be launched only on the Xbox One and will be offered on September 15.
