BioWare's Mark Darrah confirms that Dragon Age: Inquisition is finally getting its first patch on the PC platform tomorrow, on December 9, and that the sheer size of the update means that other versions of the RPG will have to wait a bit more.

Dragon Age: Inquisition launched in the middle of November and finally delivered its long awaited role-playing experience across the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One platforms around the world. While the title offered a pretty solid experience, the sheer complexity of the RPG meant that issues were soon found by players relating to broken quests, companions, enemies, or allies.

Quite a few ones have already been proven to affect a large majority of players, but BioWare has so far been silent on the matter of a patch for the game.

Now, BioWare's Mark Darrah has gone on Twitter to confirm that the patch is huge in size, meaning it will miss its December 9 release date across "most platforms."

However, in a reply to a fan, Darrah reveals that the PC version of Inquisition is still set to get the patch on December 9.

He declines to say just what's included in the large update, so expect to see an official changelog in the following hours.
