Gamers cannot currently get the players they want

The development team at EA Sports says that it is currently aware of the transfer-related issues that are affecting many of those playing FIFA 15 and that it is aiming to find the cause of the problems and solve it as fast as possible via either server upgrades or a hotfix for all versions of the football simulation.

At the moment, gamers are reporting that their attempts to either sign new players or get rid of those they no longer need get stuck exactly when they should get a Completed message.

Some of them get access to an official error message which says that the reason is a very busy transfer market, while others get their own transfer attempts listed as expired and are never offered an explanation by the game.

Some players are saying that the feature has not been working for them for more than 12 hours and the support feature has suggested that for the problem to be taken into account it needs to exist for another similar length of time.

FIFA 15 is also affected by some general server issues, which seem to pop up mostly in Ultimate Team and in normal online matches.

The official Twitter account of the development team at EA Sports says that it is currently investigating the issue and thanks all gamers who are affected for their patience.

It’s unclear whether the studio can eliminate the current trouble by simply working on the servers that it uses or if it needs to create and quickly deploy a hotfix for FIFA 15.

Virtual football success needs continued support

FIFA 15 has been a solid success since it was launched and managed to compete with the other major releases of the fall season, and in order for the title to keep up its momentum, the development team needs to make sure that it fixes issues as fast as possible after the community notices them.

EA Sports has already delivered a major patch for the experience on the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, which is designed to fix some of the reported problems but does not make any major changes to the core gameplay.

The community has been asking for the impact of pace to be reduced, but the studio has indicated that it is happy with the way the game plays at the moment.

Updates for the Ultimate Team mode of FIFA 15 are delivered every week.
