14 DAY TRIAL // Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have become first-time parents recently, after Eva gave birth to a baby girl. The couple managed to keep the news of their pregnancy out of the press for a long time and now that their daughter is born, they are still keeping her hidden from the world.
But today there is another possibly disturbing report coming from the high walls of Ryan Gosling's former bachelor pad, that of Eva Mendes leaving her acting career behind to focus on her family.
Eva and Ryan want to raise their child away from Los Angeles
An insider is being quoted by OK! Magazine as saying that the Hollywood couple wants to actually move out of Tinseltown somewhere into the country, where they plan to build a home with white picket fences and everything else they might need to raise their baby girl.
“It’s been tough on her hiding away with so much attention on her, and she’s turned into a fierce mama bear. She’s so fed up with the fame game and couldn’t think of anything worse than raising a child in LA,” the insider claims.
The best part is that Eva and Ryan are seeing eye to eye on this and Ryan has already begun checking out potential properties for the family to move into, “Ryan is all for it and they're talking about ranches in Utah or Ojai,” according to the same source.

In fact, Ryan is so hyped at the thought of starting his own family, that he's been pestering Eva to have another baby. At the moment, you can't really blame Eva for “rolling her eyes” but maybe some time down the line, the couple will have a second baby.
And all that talk about a family has inevitably led to another big topic in the actors' life: that of the wedding. “They’re incredibly happy and they want to be married as soon as she’s ready,” spills the insider.
Of course, this is all hearsay and rumors, and also a far cry from rumors that ran at the beginning of the year, which claimed that Ryan and Eva were headed for a split because they didn't see eye to eye on family and marriage.
It turns out that they've worked out at least one of those problems so it really shouldn't be that far-fetched that they would get married pretty soon. They would be following in the footsteps of other famous Hollywood couples who decided to have the baby first and the wedding second (Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis or Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac spring to mind).
