Gamers can learn how to use them in the game

Dragon Age: Inquisition has been out for close to one week, but the development team at BioWare is continuing to launch new trailers for the game, and the new series called Followers Gameplay uses footage taken from the actual title in order to re-acquaint gamers with Varric and with Blackwall.

The team says, “Varric is a skilled marksman and storyteller. Blackwall is an experienced soldier who has seen the high cost of war.”

The new video is aimed at those who have not followed the development process of Dragon Age: Inquisition and need a quick and simple way of deciding who to take with them as they explore new areas and battle a wide array of enemies.

There are nine followers to choose from in the new role-playing title from BioWare, three for each core class, and one of the biggest choices players can make in terms of atmosphere and combat is who will join them in the long term.

On the one hand, a stable and well-honed team often remains unchanged in the long term, as players develop new ways to mix and match their abilities in order to deliver maximum damage, and later on, make good use of their focus powers.

This also means that the gamer misses out on much of the banter that more exotic choices can generate.

Dragon Age: Inquisition requires a serious time commitment

It’s important to be comfortable with the choices made because the new BioWare title offers a lot of content to explore and there’s quite a lot of the world that most gamers will probably only get to see once.

It’s a good idea to try and match the characters included in the party with the areas visited, with a focus on origin and previous faction allegiance.

BioWare has already suggested that it is planning to introduce single-player content for Dragon Age: Inquisition, but the company has not hinted whether it will introduce any new character to recruit, as it has done in previous titles in the series.

At the same time, the studio is planning to introduce more content for the multiplayer side of Dragon Age: Inquisition, which it probably intends to make relevant in the long term like the similar modes introduced in Mass Effect 3 did.

BioWare also says that it is planning to launch a patch soon to deal with some of the game issues that the community has been reporting.
