The development team at BioWare in charge of Dragon Age: Inquisition announces the launch of a new website and application combo designed to improve the overall multiplayer experience associated with the game, under the name Inquisition HQ.

Basically, gamers can remain connected to the game world even if they are no longer near the computer or the home console on which they have it installed.

The Inquisition HQ requires players to log in using their official credentials linked to Dragon Age: Inquisition and they will be then taken to a dashboard which lists the major choices they can make.

The official announcement explains that gamers can "quickly check your MP character roster through the Character menu on the left or use the navigation menu on the right to get to any section of the site, set your preferred language, or select your profile (if you've played multiplayer on multiple platforms). The dashboard makes it a cinch to find what you're looking for."

Detailed information about all the multiplayer characters created for the multiplayer aspect of Dragon Age: Inquisition is also included, and there are also statistics about their performance, details about loadout and the way they have earned experience.

A Challenge section in the Inquisition HQ shows how close players have come to completing all the included 275 tasks and also gives a quick look at associated rewards.

A Leaderboard section is also included to allow gamers to see how they compare with other players and give them an extra incentive to improve their multiplayer Dragon Age: Inquisition performance.

BioWare is asking those who plan on using the Inquisition HQ to offer feedback so that the application and site can be improved in the coming months.

The community also wants single-player apps

Dragon Age: Inquisition is a big and complex game and one of the main things it asks players to do is to guide their agents as they complete tasks all across Orlais and Ferelden.

The community has been long asking for a site and app that gives them the option to access the War Table and some other features on the move or when they are not near the machine on which the game is installed.

The Inquisition HQ launch shows that BioWare is interested in making its title accessible anywhere and more companion services might be introduced in the near future.
