Battlefield 4 developer DICE confirms that the long awaited Spring Patch for the popular first-person shooter is now available for download across PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One today, May 26. Alongside it, a huge changelog is available, detailing the many different modifications made by the update.

Battlefield 4 may not be the latest game in the series, as Battlefield Hardline took that title away from it in March, but this doesn't mean that the studio behind it, DICE, has abandoned it.

Quite the opposite, as the Swedish studio has rolled out quite a lot of interesting things for the shooter, including a special free map built using feedback from the community.
