No info on when the problem will be eliminated

The development team at Bungie might be hard at work on an entirely new patch for Destiny, but the company is aware of the small bugs that are currently affecting the video game and plans to deliver fixes for them as soon as it manages to make sure that it will be able to satisfy all gamers who have been complaining about a particular problem.

A portion of the community has managed to unlock all the perks on their Black Hammer, but the weapon is not showing up as fully upgraded for them.

The official site explains that "We have disabled the Hive Breaker upgrade from the Black Hammer until it is fixed to play nicely with the White Nail upgrade. Until we re-add the Hive Breaker perk, the gun will not be fully upgraded and therefore will not have its yellow border. We apologize for the confusion."

The issue is mostly a cosmetic one, but for dedicated gamers the fact that they have upgraded their weapons is a point of pride and they will want the problem dealt with as quickly as possible.

Bungie is focused on update 1.2

Bungie is willing to deal with the smaller problems via hotfixes, but the company wants to introduce an entirely new update for Destiny, labeled 1.2, which will make bigger changes to the title and will eliminate some of the issues gamers have been having with raids and strikes.

So far, the studio has not offered a full list of the changes that it is planning to make, but more details will be offered in the coming weeks in its weekly update.

Update 1.2 for Destiny will also probably deliver a new balance pass that is set to make the entire social shooter experience more engaging.

Once the new patch is out, House of Wolves, a full expansion that is supposed to be introduced during the second financial quarter of the year, will become the main focus for Bungie.

The company says that it will introduce about the same amount of content that arrived in The Dark Below, which means a new end-game raid will be added and more strikes will also become available.

Leaks have shown some of the new weapons and items Destiny fans will be able to access, but the developers are claiming that the info is outdated and that they are planning to introduce some surprises.
