Ex arrived at ceremony with daughters Rumer and Tallulah

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher’s fairytale romance ended when he was caught – and publicly shamed for – cheating on her, on their wedding anniversary, with a girl he’d picked up at the bar hours earlier. Despite what must have been an acrimonious divorce, things are better between the two exes now.

Actually, things are so good between them that Ashton invited Demi to the Kabbalah blessing ceremony held for his daughter with fiancée Mila Kunis, the Daily Mail reports.

Demi was happy to attend, and came with Rumer and Tallulah, her and ex-husband Bruce Willis’ daughters, to whom Ashton was very close when he and Demi were still together.

No hard feelings after nasty divorce

Demi and Ashton’s divorce dragged on for much longer than initially expected, because she was allegedly asking for more money from him; rumor had it she wanted a chunk of the $100+ million (€78.8 million) he made with a deal he signed after they had separated.

According to reports in the media, she believed she was “entitled” to more money because he had cheated on her, broken her heart, and then embarrassed her in public like never before, when the story got out in the press.

Even if all these rumors were unfounded, something did hold up the divorce proceedings, so it’s clear that they couldn’t agree on certain issues. In other words, the split wasn’t entirely amicable.

After months of hearing reports of how hurt Demi was to see Ashton move on so quickly with Mila and how she planned to “get back” at him, today’s rumor is quite surprising: not only did he invite her to his daughter’s blessing ceremony, but she actually went – and had a good time.

Demi loves Wyatt Isabelle, brought fancy gifts

“Demi and her daughters congratulated the couple while having a quick hold and coo over the baby,” an inside source is quoted as saying. “It was great to see her doing so well and at ease with Ashton's new life as a father and fiancé.”

Demi also brought fancy gifts for Wyatt Isabelle, including an “engraved picture frame and personalized cashmere baby blanket,” the report goes on to say.

Her presence at the ceremony and the way she acted suggests that whatever bad blood was between her and her ex-husband some months ago is now entirely a thing of the past. They are friends and will continue to be one happy extended family, just like she is on very good terms with Bruce Willis and his new wife as well.

Attached to this article is a photo of Demi at the fifth annual PSLA Autumn Party for Children’s Institute, which marked her first red carpet appearance since Ashton and Mila’s baby was born. She looked stunning, as usual, and didn’t seem to realize or mind that millions of eyes were on her.
