After confirming that a brand new update is available for download for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on the PS4 and Xbox One platforms, developer Sledgehammer Games has revealed the full changelog, detailing the many different fixes included in the patch.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare launched at the beginning of November, and unlike many different titles that appeared at the same time, it didn't have that many glitches nor did it suffer from online outages or maintenance periods.

Even so, developer Sledgehammer Games has combed through the feedback from users and has already released quite a few different patches to improve the balancing and eliminate any exploits in the multiplayer mode.

A fresh update with a massive changelog is available

The biggest patch yet has just gone live across the PS4 and Xbox One platforms for Advanced Warfare and now an actual changelog with all the different things included in the update is available, via the official forums.

First and foremost, Sledgehammer is taking a tougher stance on the cheating seen in the game's multiplayer, and thanks to the patch, it's added a variety of fixes for invalid player data that allowed super classes to appear. New messages to prevent offensive player-created emblems have also been added, so make sure your emblem doesn't offend others.

The actual emblem editor has received some enhancements based on player feedback, according to Sledgehammer, while the in-game store has also gotten some polish and improvements.

A wide array of user interface changes are also included in the new update for Advanced Warfare, as Sledgehammer has had to ensure that plenty of glitches relating to the display or the notifications shown to players are fixed. A few gameplay problems have also been remedied, while the Clan system is easier to use.

Weapons have also been balanced

Of course, no Call of Duty patch is complete without weapon balancing tweaks, as Sledgehammer has decided to nerf or buff quite a few guns, from the Bal27 to HBRa3, ASM1, MP11, EM1, EPM3, XMG, Ameli, or Pytaek.

Issues with scorestreaks have also been fixed in the multiplayer, while the broadcaster user interface has also received a few improvements. New eSports settings can be found in the menu relating to search and destroy matches, points of view, battle chatter, and more.

Many other changes relating to ranked play and certain maps are also included in the update, so check out the full details below by clicking the Show Changelog button.
