Video game developer Sledgehammer Games and publisher Activision are announcing that Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has a range of new personalization packs offered on the Xbox One and the Xbox 360, giving players more options to customize their character in interesting ways.

The Creature Personalization Pack is 1.99 dollars or Euro and the official blog announcement states, "Unleash your predatory rage with the Creature Personalization Pack. Hunt down the competition with a menacing reptilian skin camo, three monster reticles, a calling card, and an emblem layer."

The same price can be paid for Lightning Personalization Pack, Magma Personalization Pack, and Nanotech Personalization Pack.

The Premium Personalization packs for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare are slightly more expensive at 3.99 dollars or Euro, and although they have the same themes, they add a matching exo-skeleton and a helmet that shares the same concept.

Sledgehammer Games and Activision are also offering armor-only packs to gamers for 2.99 dollars or Euro, and the list includes: Barong Exoskeleton Pack, Hot Rod Exoskeleton Pack, Panda Exoskeleton Pack, and Steampunk Exoskeleton Pack.

Finally, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is also getting a little nationalistic with the launch of flag packs that cost 1.99 dollars or Euro for the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Japan, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, Canada, and France.

All the content purchased for the Xbox 360 version of the game will be also available on the Xbox One when the player decides to make the upgrade to current gen.

Activision says that it will soon announce when the extra personalization will also be offered on the PlayStation 4, the PC and the PS3, presumably for the same prices.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is getting its first major DLC pack soon

Sledgehammer Games might be delivering new personalization options for its flagship title, but its focus is at the moment on the first major downloadable content pack for the first-person shooter, which is called Havoc and will be offered in the first few months of 2015.

Gamers will be able to enjoy new maps for the multiplayer modes, more weapons, and the Exo Skeleton mode which asks players to destroy waves of undead attackers.

This is just the first of four planned DLC packs that will keep the experience fresh in 2015.

Havoc for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will also be offered first on the Xbox One and on the 360.
