ABC is proving very ungenerous with details / spoilers for their upcoming Diane Sawyer 2-hour special with Bruce Jenner, which will air on April 24 and will reportedly focus on his transition from male to female.

A new promo has been released, and while it includes actual footage and one quote from the interview, it doesn’t really offer confirmation for the months-old rumor that Bruce will be coming out as a trans-woman.

However, he does say “My whole life has been getting me ready for this,” and while there’s still a chance this interview might be about something else, it’s unlikely.

Rumor has it that, in the interview, which was taped over the course of a few months, Bruce will confess to feeling uncertain about his identity as of the tender age of 5 and to struggling to hide it from the public once he understood that he didn’t identify as male.

It is also believed that he will talk about the steps he’s already taken to make the transition to female, like hormone therapy and plastic surgery, and the more recent breast augmentation. The next step is full gender reassignment surgery, which will supposedly happen in May or June this year.

Bruce will also talk about his family’s reaction to the news and how his ex-wife Kris is adjusting to the idea. He will not be wearing women’s clothes and will not reveal the name he will use once transition is complete, it is being said.

Here’s the new teaser.
