BlackBerry enthusiasts have been waiting for their favorite company to do a follow-up of the PlayBook tablet since forever.

Back in October, the company’s CEO himself confirmed a tablet and a slider were in the making, but we are yet to see anything of the sort become reality for the time being.

While we wait to see if BlackBerry finally decides to do something about tablets, we’re treating you with the vision of what such a product might look like.

Liked the BlackBerry Passport? Well, then you’ll certainly love the WorkBook concept. The images detailing this idea showed up on a Russian BlackBerry website, revealing a tablet with an 8-inch display and a physical keyboard complete with 33 keys.

The tab’s dimensions were listed at 196 x 152 x 7.9 mm / 7.7 x 5.9 x 0.3 inches. We’re not given much information about the specifications such a device might arrive with, with the focus of the images being on design.

As you can see, the tablet bundles as oddity with the spacebar doubling as a notification dock. So what do you think? Would you purchase a tablet with a physical keyboard such as this attached to it? We could even nickname the device the Passport XL.
