The next game in the series will be set in London, UK

Many Assassin’s Creed fans are used to get info on the next game in the series months ahead of any official announcement. But who would have thought that Ubisoft has given us the location of the next Assassin’s Creed locations since 2013.

This means that we should have known the locations where Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, Unity and Victory are set since two years ago. And to make things even more interesting, Ubisoft has given us the location of Assassin’s Creed VII as well, a game that we know nothing about.

Well, that’s about to change as someone has just nailed the location of the next Assassin’s Creed game, the one after Victory, which is supposed to take place in London, UK.

Ubisoft forum user Cornik22 is a hardcore Assassin’s Creed fan and has bought all the guides and art books for his favorite game. He also read them all and studied them in-depth by matching the facts from these books with the actual games.

During such a reading, he noticed that one of the artworks included in a book contained some images taken from various locations from the Assassin’s Creed games.

The last year’s The Art of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag” contains a page that seems to reveal the locations of all Assassin’s Creed games up to number VII. The same artwork is included in the Abstergo Entertainment: Employee Handbook.

The locations of all Assassin's Creed games are shown in an artwork

The artwork shows a lobby inside the Abstergo Entertainment in present day where there’s a large flat screen behind the front desk. On the screen, there’s the depiction of some historical places, each taken from a past, present or future Assassin’s Creed game.

We’ve been able to recognize all the places the first games were set in, but there are some that we haven’t been able to visit because the games aren’t available yet.

One of the locations is easily recognizable as the House of Parliament and Big Ben, which confirms the location of the next Assassin’s Creed game, called Victory, will be London.

The last piece of the artwork shows an Asian building that strongly resembles Sensoji Temple, which is one of the oldest temples in Tokyo, Japan.

This could very well be a completely different building from another country (China?), but it looks like Asia will be the location of Assassin’s Creed VII, which might be the last game in the series.
