The minimum and recommended PC requirements for Assassin's Creed Unity have just leaked, and PC fans will have to meet some pretty steep specifications in terms of RAM and graphics card power to run Ubisoft's all-new action adventure experience that's set to debut in November.

Assassin's Creed Unity was revealed to the world earlier this year, and Ubisoft has made it clear on several occasions that it wants to set a new standard for the series by overhauling the combat, exploration, or stealth, while delivering a visually stellar experience.

Many different videos and screenshots have already surfaced showing the game in action, amazing many franchise fans while worrying some PC owners who were wondering whether or not the game could run well on their configurations.

The PC requirements for Unity have just leaked in Korea

Now, while Ubisoft is still unwilling to share the official PC requirements for Unity, a leaked page from the company's Korean partner, via Reddit, contains what looks to be the possible specifications of the new game for the PC platform.

First up, in terms of operating systems, only new ones in 64-bit variations, like Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, are supported, meaning those with older ones should not even download the new game.

In terms of processors, at the minimum, fans must have a CPU like the Intel Core i5 2500K or the AMD FX-8350. For those who want to run Unity in all its glory, a CPU similar to the Intel Core i7 3770 or the AMD FX-8350 is needed.

A lot of RAM and a powerful GPU are mandatory

While the aforementioned requirements aren't all that bad, the real problem comes with the RAM and GPU specifications. A minimum of 6GB of memory is needed, while a recommended amount of 8GB is mentioned in the leaked file.

In terms of graphics card, a GPU on the level of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 and AMD Radeon HD 7970 is required, with at least 2GB of VRAM. Those who want to admire all the visual effects in Unity should get an Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 or an AMD Radeon R9 290X with at least 3GB of VRAM.

Last but not least, 50GB of free hard drive space is also necessary to ensure that the game can be installed properly.

Bear in mind that these specifications aren't official just yet, but given the fact that Ubisoft has made it clear multiple times that Unity will be a visual spectacle, it's quite probable that these are the actual requirements and the game needs all the aforementioned power to run as intended.
