Even if in most cases the price is merely symbolic, lots of Windows Phone users do not own a credit card, so they can't pay for any apps or game in the store unless Microsoft has signed an agreement with that particular carrier to allow users to pay these apps through their monthly bill.

The following Rovio games are now available for free in the Windows Phone Store: Angry Birds, Angry Birds Epic, Angry Birds Seasons, Angry Birds Star Wars, Angry Birds Go!, Angry Birds Rio, Angry Birds Star Wars II, Angry Birds Space and Bad Piggies.
All Rovio's games that are now available for free are fully compatible with devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up, so anyone carrying a not-so-old smartphone should be able to grab any of the titles without being hit by any technical issues.
Make sure you check Rovio's official page on Windows Phone Store in order to download any of the games mentioned earlier. The promotional offer is only available for a limited time, but developers have yet to announce when the Black Friday deal is supposed to end so you might want to hurry up.
