The development team at EA Sports announces that title update 2 for NBA Live 15 is at the moment out on the PlayStation 4 from Sony and will soon be also offered on the Xbox One from Microsoft, with more than 400 improvements that will affect all areas of the basketball simulation.

All changes are based on the information that the fan community has been offering on Facebook and Twitter, and the company wants players to continue to talk about their experience with the title in the future.

The Synergy element of NBA Live 15 is being boosted in Title Update 2 with some new features.

The team line-ups will reflect the last played game and all players will always be available in modes like Dynasty, Rising Star, and Ultimate Team.

The company adds that “If a particular player didn’t dress, he will not show up in the lineup when entering Play Now (Both Offline and Online)” and that “If a player DNP but was on the bench, he’ll be available (unless there were 12 active players who played in the game, then DNP won’t be in the lineup).”

EA Sports says it aims to make sure that the game reflects the real world situation in the NBA.

Gamers will be able to see improvements to the in-game look of: Noah Vonleh, Shabazz Napier, Gary Harris, Elfrid Payton, Zach LaVine, Dario Saric, James Young, Nik Stauskas, T.J. Warren, and Doug McDermott.

50 issues with Ultimate Team have been eliminated and the title also includes special Christmas Day episodes.

Title Update 2 for NBA Live 15 also introduces improvements to three point shots, and collisions for contested layups have been improved to get more varied results.

Shooting animations are more realistic, as is timing, and the developers at EA Sports have also improved ball physics, defensive and pump fake animations, the shot feedback meter, steal attempts, and end of game Artificial Intelligence.

More improvements should be offered for the title in 2015.

NBA Live 15 has not had an impressive launch and most fans of the sport are probably at the moment spending more time with the rival NBA 2K15.

But the 2K Sports series shows some signs of stagnation and the fact that EA Sports is continuing to deliver support is a good sign for the franchise, which will try once again to dominate the basketball sim genre in 2015.
