This must be because Miley Cyrus has been single for the better part of the year, while Selena has been going back and forth on her relationship with Justin Bieber.
A report from Life & Style, the print edition, claims that Miley is pregnant with her new boyfriend, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and that she hasn't even told him yet. Several other news outlets have come forward to confirm that Miley isn't actually pregnant.

However, the tabloid is sticking to its guns and quoting an insider who remembers that, sometime in late October, Miley “mentioned that her period was late” and that “she took two pregnancy tests. One came back negative – and the other came back positive.”
The source claims that several other of her close friends are now whispering in corners that Miley is indeed pregnant, showing signs typical of women in the early stages of carrying a baby. Among these, we find out that Miley is now going out and buying pregnancy books, she's stopped drinking alcohol and smoking, and she's got weird cravings.
The magazine also speculates, based on the information it has, that Miley hasn't told the potential father just yet because there is some feeling of shame in there and the fear that he will think that she is irresponsible.

Miley, on the other hand, is said to be over the moon with the idea of having a baby, simply because she's very in love with Patrick at the moment, and because she's thrilled about carrying a Kennedy baby (Patrick's lineage includes ties with the famous American family on his mother's side).
Many feel like the report is largely false, something which has been claimed by her spokesperson who has pointed out that Miley has recently been in the attention of the press for all the wrong reasons, “Every day she's either dead or pregnant.”
Indeed, it's hard to believe that Miley is with child after just last week she enjoyed a very raunchy 22nd birthday party where she might have been drinking and smoking heavily, something a responsible new mother would never do.
Also, Miley is definitely not the kind of girl to go rushing headlong into a tween pregnancy with the first man that she has a serious relationship with in over a year. Cyrus has proved that she doesn't need a man in her life to feel fulfilled, or a child for that matter. The punk-rock chick has been keen to prove to the world that she's an independent woman, who wants to focus on her career for the moment.
