The recent firmware update brought no difference to users

Soon after the May 20 launch, Surface Pro 3 tablets were hit by the same limited Wi-Fi connectivity bug as its predecessors, so many of those who purchased the device were unable to browse the web at random times.

Since then, Microsoft has rolled out several firmware updates and bug fixes supposed to address this problem, but up until now, no such release has actually managed to successfully repair the problem.

The last attempt to fix the limited Wi-Fi connectivity bug took place a few days ago, when Microsoft rolled out another Surface Pro 3 firmware update, again in an effort to fix this bug, but reports posted on the company's Community forums confirm that no difference in terms of network connectivity behavior can be spotted.

The Surface Pro 3 is Microsoft's best tablet to date, coming with a 12-inch screen, three CPU options ranging between Intel Core i3 and Intel Core i7, up to 8 GB of RAM, and a maximum of 512 GB of storage space.

Obviously, the Surface Pro 3 is a true workhorse, but without Wi-Fi support, it really becomes the kind of tablet that most people want to avoid. No LTE support is yet available on the Surface Pro 3 lineup, so in case the Wi-Fi adapter fails to work properly, you have basically no other option to browse the web.
