14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at EA Sports is continuing to launch more content for Madden NFL 15 in the run-up to the coming Super Bowl XLIX, and the studio is now introducing a range of player rating updates to the American football simulation in order to reflect their performance in the conference championship games.
The team explains that both the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots have managed to win their games using a physical rushing attack that featured two of the best and most aggressive running backs in the league.
This means that, in Madden NFL 15, the Seahawks team is getting an improved Marshawn Lynch, designed to reflect his running performance.
The announcement explains that “For his efforts, Lynch's OVR increases two points to 97 OVR. Beast Mode also received increases in AWR (+1), CAR (+1), ELUS (+6), BCV (+2) and JKM (+2).”
Running back LeGarrette Blount from the Patriots managed to deliver three touchdowns and ran for 148 yards.
EA Sports adds, “Blount receives a three-point ratings increase to 83 OVR, with improvements in SPD (+1), ACC (+2), AWR (+2), CTH (+1), CAR (+2), TRK (+1), ELUS (+6), BCV (+1) and SFA (+1).”
The positive rating updates for Madden NFL 15 include Rob Ninkovich, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, and Nate Solder.
The downgrades are targeting Andrew Luck, Brandon Bostick, and Russell Wilson.
Madden NFL 15 will soon predict the results of Super Bowl XLIX
The Super Bowl is the biggest game of the year for all football fans in the United States and the world, and that means EA Sports will try to associate the real world event with Madden NFL 15 as much as possible.
As such, in the coming days, the company will deliver a simulation of the match using the core engine, predicting the end result.
At the same time, more Super Bowl XLIX content will be launched for the Ultimate Team mode in Madden NFL 15, although at the moment the team has not offered any clear details on the added players.
