Developer Guru Games and publisher Gambitious Digital Entertainment have announced a new puzzler headed to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, titled Magnetic: Cage Closed.

Magnetic: Cage Closed is an indie puzzle game that drops players in the shoes of a convict serving his punishment in a sprawling prison with ever-changing chambers, shifting in random patterns.

Players are given a special magnetic gun and have to manipulate the forces of magnetism in order to find a way out.

Each of the chambers of Facility 7 offers a unique challenge, ranging from classic puzzles to moral choices that players have to make in order to progress.

The game features a branching storyline based on player agency and countless puzzles to solve, ensuring that no playthrough is ever the same.

A challenging experience

The entire premise revolves around using the magnet gun to create electromagnetic fields with either positive or negative charges, user to repel or attract various objects. Mass also comes into play here, as you can find yourself draw to objects that are bigger than you are.

In addition to this, the upcoming puzzle game is also spectacular from a visual point of view, enabling gamers to navigate its challenging levels in first-person perspective.
