As part of last year’s wearable craze, Motorola unveiled the Moto 360 smartwatch, which was hailed as the most stylish intelligent timepiece on the market. Well, even if the enthusiasm around wearables has significantly cooled down, Motorola still feels there’s room on the market for a second iteration of its sleek smartwatch.

Now, Lenovo, the company that purchased Motorola last year, has just posted a teaser image on Weibo indicating that the new Moto 360 will go live as soon as September 8. The picture says “It’s time,” while showing the upper half of the new smartwatch.

Even if we heard that a new Moto 360 was in the pipeline, we still don’t know much about the device’s specification. We’ve heard that Motorola will probably offer the watch in smaller (1.37 inches) and larger size (1.55 inches).

Furthermore, the Moto 360 Sport variation has been said to feature a rubberized band, but it won’t be available for purchase just yet. It will only arrive towards the end of the year.

While we wait for Motorola to make the official announced regarding its newest Android Wear (we presume) smartwatch, take a look at the first official renders showing the intelligent timepiece, which come to us via serial leakster @evleaks.

As you can see, the visage of the new Moto 360 essentially stays the same, but there are a few changes to be taken into consideration. For example, one of the buttons has been moved from the center of the 360’s side to the two o’clock position.
