Samsung has just introduced the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge at MWC 2015, but the company didn't make any official statements about the pricing of the devices.

However, luckily we still managed to find out the prices for the two handsets. The standard Samsung Galaxy S6 will be available in three variants: 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.

The cheapest will go on sale for €699 / $784, while the 64GB model will be available for €799 / $897. Topping everything is the 128GB model, which will be sold for no less than €899 / $1009.

Moving on, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will be offered in the same configurations, but the starting price here is €849 / $953, which extends further beyond to €949 / $1065 and culminates with €1049 / $1177 for the 128GB model.

Well, this information is now being verified as the two handsets have been put up for pre-order on the website of Samsung Netherlands (as seen at GalaxyClub).

What you are seeing there are prices for unlocked models, and once the two new Samsung models arrive in the US, they will probably be offered on a two-year plan by major carriers in the country. Prices might differ a little in this case, but we wouldn't expect the base Galaxy S6 to go beyond the $600 / €536 margin.
