We've been talking so much about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 lately that you’re probably cringing over there.

However, this next piece of information is pretty important. Samsung senior official has just confirmed to Korean media that the Galaxy S6 will be unveiled at MWC 2015 in Barcelona, during a press event scheduled for March 2 (as seen at G for Games).

Sammy hasn't started sending out invites yet, but we’re pretty sure it will do so soon. Anyhow, if we’re to listen to the myriads of rumors spread around the web, the Galaxy S6 will arrive with a display with either a 5.3 inch or a 5.5-inch form factor with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.

A report from Bloomberg today just confirmed Samsung would be using its own 64-bit Exynos platform for the flagship, coupled with 3GB of RAM.

Samsung is also looking to make its proprietary UI, TouchWiz less clutter and bring it to a level that’s almost identical to what can be found on the Nexus 6.

Reports also said the Galaxy S6 wouldn’t boast an all-metal frame but will come equipped with a design reminiscent of the Galaxy Note 4 which blends a metal frame with glass panels on the back and front side.

Also today we heard that the Galaxy S6 won’t be water resistant like the Galaxy S5, so we’ll have to take extra care while handling it around water.
