The Xperia Z4 will probably be unveiled this summer

Last week we told you that Sony might have accidentally let the cat out of the bag and leaked online a render of its upcoming Xperia Z4 flagship.

The image revealed a phone with a very square-ish design with extremely thin bezels on the side. Interestingly enough, the characteristic Xperia metal On/Off buttons were missing from the whole equation.

Anyway, today brings us another leak concerning the same flagship. @onleaks has posted an official-looking render of what’s purported to be the Xperia Z4.

Well, we can only see part of the handset, but the few app icons that are visible in the picture (Video, Album) do concur with what can be found on Sony’s latest tablet, the Xperia Z4, which got launched at MWC 2015 earlier this month.

The power button and volume rocker are also visible, but overall, we don’t see any major change in design compared to the previous Xperia Z3.

It looks like this image is the real deal, but only time will tell if this proves to be accurate imagery or not.

The upcoming Xperia Z4 is expected to arrive in 1080p and QHD display versions, plus a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor on the inside. Word on the street also has it that the phone will be equipped with a 21MP camera with a new Exmor RS IMX230 sensor.
