Microsoft has just launched the Lumia 435 and 532 in India, but these budget-friendly smartphones will be available in other countries as well. One of the regions where Windows Phone did not break through is the UK.

The Lumia 435 will be available for purchase in the UK via Carphone Warehouse. The bad news is there is no news on when the smartphone will hit shelves and how much it will cost.

Although it's likely that the smartphone will be priced lower than £80 ($125 / €110), we don't have any details on the exact release date for the moment.

Windows Phone fans or customers looking for a cheap smartphones should expect the Lumia 435 to be available for purchase as early as March.

The handset will ship with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system out of the box, but Microsoft already confirmed Lumia 435 is Windows 10 ready.

Spec-wise, the Lumia 435 is far from being impressive, as the handset comes with a 4-inch display, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

Microsoft announced two versions of Lumia 435 will be available on the market, but in the UK only the single-SIM variant has been listed for now.
