14 DAY TRIAL // Rovio's Angry Birds series have lost a lot of the hype in the last couple of years. Their supremacy has been contended by lots of other mobile game developers and the result is a 73% profits fall in 2014 for Rovio.
That's sad for Angry Birds fans, but also a warning for a long-time franchise that it's maybe time to switch to a new genre. Nevertheless, the folks of Rovio continue to support the games that they have already released on all major mobile platforms, including Android, BlackBerry, iOS and Windows Phone.
Angry Birds Star Wars II is one of the newest games launched by Rovio and although it comes for free, you can take advantage of various in-app purchases.
Beginning today, the Windows Phone version of the game will be 32 levels richer. According to Rovio, the new update brings 32 new levels set on Geonosis and Mustafar, as well as a brand new chapter, Revenge of the Pork. Additionally, there are 16 new Master Your Destiny levels included.
If you don't have the game installed yet, you can now download Angry Birds Star Wars II for Windows Phone for free via Windows Phone Store. The game is fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
