The new Beats Pill+ speaker designed and manufactured by Apple subsidiary Beats has been announced today in a press release and will be launched in November, with a $229.95 price tag.
Beats' Pill+ speaker comes with a 12-hour battery life that should allow it to keep pumping sounds along the way while you are on the go.
Moreover, it can be charged in just 3 hours using a lightning cable, and it allows you to monitor how much power it has left with the help of the inbuilt fuel gauge.
Beats has designed the Beats Pill+ speaker to be just a little bit larger than its older brother, the Beats Pill, to provide customers with better and fuller sound using a 2-way crossover active stereo system, suited for playing all types of music genres.
Furthermore, the Beats Pill+ uses a woofer and tweeter separation technique that can be found in professional recording studios equipment.
The Beats Pill+ can be paired with any Bluetooth-enabled device, be it your phone, laptop or desktop computer, and will allow you to listen to your favorite music wherever you are.
Also, the Beats Pill+ speaker can be used as a backup battery, allowing its users to charge their discharged smartphones while on the go.
You can also connect two Beats Pill+ speakers to the same Bluetooth-enabled device, for better and fuller sound, the two speakers being also capable of playing your music in stereo using the Beats Pill+ iOS app's sync feature.
The Beats Pill+ will be available for $229.95 from Apple.com and all authorized Beats retailers in early November.
